- Unused, in original packaging, grip wrap still on.
- Paddle test drive
- PDS paddles can be played and returned within 30 days if not modified (no grip change, edge tape, weighting tape or writing).
- Exchanges
- Free exchange for another grip size, shoe size or apparel size within 30 days.
- Final sale
- Items marked Final sale (clearance) and gift cards.
- Restocking fee
- 15% on the portable net and the ball machine, unless faulty.
- Return shipping
- Free prepaid label for faulty or wrong items; otherwise $6.99 deducted from the refund.
- Refunds
- Within 5 business days after we receive the return.
- Price match
- We match the price of an identical in-stock PDS item from a US authorised dealer.
